Remember to charge the batteries for your camera.....The THROWDOWN is almost upon us.....Will PUFF, Scotty Da Q or "What a Croc" PAPA be the first to the first 2-time winner? OR, will we have a new MVP?

A picture of Puff, in a pink SPICEWINE IRONWORKS T-Shirt -that would be special.

Well, my plans have changed for this weekend... Will be cooking for a friends birthday party on Saturday and another ones Super Bowl party on Sunday. My relaxing weekend cook has turned into much more... again...

Will try to remember the camera!

James.

I bought 4 butts (for customers) and a flat for the Throwdown. Might use both meats for the throwdown if I'm allowed??

According to the General Ordinances
http://www.texasbbqforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1338
you could enter one in Any Thing Goes & one in Big Hunks of Meat or you could have them both in the same photo for either category.
