Oh yeah - the Habanero I sampled today. Its just hot enough to stick with you but not so much that you feel pain.

It hits a good spot. 8)

Just so you (and they) know: the heat tames down on a long cook. A brisket, for example, just has an added "something" to the bark. But a quick burger cook, the spice comes through. Woo-hoo!!

Make sure on the Hog Waller to use a thin even coat, not too much for rib cooks, more for butts or bigger chunks of meat. 8)

On the Hoochie Mama, load it up, can't get too much Hoochie.

Rob's right on the heat profile, the longer you cook it the more the heat mellows out. 8)

Gator,
Got my jar of Sucklebusters Pepper sauce today! I opted for the mustard chipotle brand, and briefly stuck my finger in the sauce to taste. DANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must be a weinie midwesterner, because it bought set me on fire!!!! I'd hate to see what the 'hot' stuff does! Taste is awesome though!
Thanks again Gator! I look forward to using it, although in moderation!
Question; Should it be refrigerated after opening?

Be sure and steer clear of the Habanero, its REALLY Hot! 8)

It does not require refrigeration, but of course will keep much longer in the fridge. Treat it like you would keep Tabasco.
