where is the wild game catagory????

Don't make me come into your computer if wild game is a "anything goes" kinda catogory

Throwdowns are a work in progress......I'm sure you could include a pheasant or dove in the 'bird' category.....or somethin like that

I think as the throwdowns evolve so will some categories!

What about robins or there are some bluejays yaking at my backdoor as we speak

Just kiddin...well kinda ...Robins are some excellent eatin :wink:

Whats a pheasant...do we have those in Texas????...AND DOVES ....ain't those them ther birds that cooo all the time ...they soooopreeeetyy :wink:

remember left to right front to back top to bottom and any thing in-between. grill head sink whatever? we can make poches for them.

Since I decided to do a competition in July, I'm going to do my throwdown cook as a competition trial run, so I will be cooking Brisket, butts, ribs and chicken.
