I feel so ashamed and stupid and ....well....just cover me in sauce and smoke me up!!! :lol:

I found the rules .. :oops: where is the wild game catagory???? :P

Don't make me come into your computer if wild game is a "anything goes" kinda catogory :P :P

Throwdowns are a work in progress......I'm sure you could include a pheasant or dove in the 'bird' category.....or somethin like that

I think as the throwdowns evolve so will some categories!

What about robins or there are some bluejays yaking at my backdoor as we speak :P :P :P

Just kiddin...well kinda ...Robins are some excellent eatin :wink:

Whats a pheasant...do we have those in Texas????...AND DOVES ....ain't those them ther birds that cooo all the time ...they soooopreeeetyy :wink:

Since I decided to do a competition in July, I'm going to do my throwdown cook as a competition trial run, so I will be cooking Brisket, butts, ribs and chicken.
