Fort Bend County Fair

Well, all that's left is the cleanup! We hosted around 150 folks this weekend. A great weekend of cooking and comraderie. In the endour team, 723 Smokers, got a 6th place in beef fajitas and we repeated last year's 4th place chicken. They dont post results beyond GC and RGC, but a committee member informed us we were a top 10 team this go round. Congrats to everyone who competed! Thanks for the support Gator!

Congrats Matt!! It was nice to meet you too!

Here is what we got 6th place brisket. Not bad first time out! We had some misunderstanding and got disqualified in chicken and we will hope to do better next year! We already signed up for next year we enjoyed so much except for the heat of course!! Hope for better weather next year t
