Who's heading to the MDA Chillin & Grillin Oct. 17-18 on the Brazos River banks in Waco? Horseshoe and washer pitching tournaments on Saturday as well as a car show. There is also a raffle with top prize being a 2015 Harley-Davidson Street 750.
Its close to home and for a good cause so I will be there. Hopefully get to meet some folks.

Well I had a fun time at this cook. My bother was my cooking partner and got his first taste of competition bbq.....enough said....he's hooked!!! His wife and two year old son, my fiancé, and parents all got to come out both Friday and Saturday.
There were 32 cooks and I placed 5th chicken and final table ribs. The Brazos river in the background and huge pecan trees made it feel like a lake/river trip.
