The Texas BBQ Forum

This is always a fun KCBS event, with lots of Blues bands and a lot of BBQ. Last count had 58 BBQ teams competing.

There is also a SCA cookoff going on, plus they are giving a SCA judges class. Carole and I signed up for the SCA judges class on Saturday. Carole also signed up for the KCBS judges class.

We will both be judging on Sunday. Hope to see some of you there.

Had alot of memorable and very fun times in Bedford over the years with Tim and the boys from High Voltage and those guys coming outta there with some very impressive hardware and the time Que'a Syde came up with his coffin Spice Box and Diva Q digging on my ink (lol) - Have fun out there and stay hydrated

I'll be out there. Was headed out tonight so I could cook the SCA tomorrow, but it looks like I'm delaying that to go buy a trailer instead. Would be my 3rd trailer in 18 months! Stupid addicting hobby.
