First time cooking ribs in Houston livestock show BBQ Cook off

This is the first year turning in ribs at the Houston Livestock Show BBQ Cook off and only my 2nd year competing in it and I placed 56th out of 252 with a score of 81.33 that was also the score of 53rd I was pretty happy with that.
