Hey guys. Long time no chat. I did a comp last weekend in Oakwood Texas and got calls in chicken, ribs, and brisket and now I’ve got the bug.
I saw a traders village cookoff next month but can find entry details.
Do you guys know of any coming up?
I’m ready to drink beer all night and tell lies about fish I didn’t catch while smelling smoke.

There are a few left in December but the comp season is winding down right now. Check out the IBCA website and Lone Star Bqq Society websites for future cookoffs.
