Looking for something to do after Thanksgiving - the Hill County Go Texan Committee will be hosting a Rib Cook-off on Sat. Nov. 29 at the Hill County Fair Grounds.

Entry fee $50.00 - 100% payback

Pork Spare Ribs
Baby Back Ribs
Country Style Ribs

All three categories will be judged separately.

Come out and join in the fun - the Highest Scoring Hill County team will represent the county at the Houston Rodeo BBQ in February.
