Looking through the beef recipes I don't see any beef ribs listed out (did a quick search so I might have missed). I know the arguement don't waste your time with beef and do pork ribs they taste better.
I really want to do some good beef ribs for my Dad. He likes beef ribs better than pork. He is coming into town soon and I would love to feed him some tender tasty beef ribs.
Any tips or recipes would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Beef Ribs

Salt& pepper fire & Mesquite smoke it don't get better.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Re: Beef Ribs
Actually a widely debated topic, good supplies are just hard to find. One of my favorite things:

Re: Beef Ribs
I love them but good ones are hard to find most have all the meat cut off. If you can find them get some big fat short ribs they are great and huge 3 will feed 5-6. I cook them like a brisket

They taste best when they look like a meteorite.
