Leftover Brisket

Sometime's I'd rather have a chopped beef sandwich than a sliced beef sandwich so I take my left over brisket and simmer for a couple of hour's with my favorite BBQ sauce and water, 50/50 mix. I just add enough bbq sauce/water till I get the consistency I want and simmer till the meat fall's apart.

Looks good, I do the same thing but I make shreeded tacos.

I did they same with my last leftover brisket and I used Montgomery Inn sauce as well - LOL

I do the same thing with leftover brisket. Like sandwiches almost more than the slices on the first day.
