Got some fillet steaks, making fillet mignon. Comes with shroom sauce or garlic sauce. Individual potatoe gratin with beans and carrots from my wife's garden, just picked. Now you ain't seen nothing like her carrots. I've called them vertically challenged carrots. Pic to follow. Our entree is tandoori lamb cutlets, very very popular. Sharyns birthday so her request,lol.
