You should go from memory and have a crack at it, adjust it time and time until you get close. It's how I perfect my recipes.
I've recently written them all down for my daughter should something happen to me. Most of my stuff was in my head.

Thanks sooner, we grew up with not a lot, my late mum used offal a lot as a filler in stews casseroles etc, kidneys, livers, brains, sweetbreads . I still love offal ...........except tripe and cous cous,lol. :deadhorse: :deadhorse:
