1 1/4 pounds ground beef 4 big tortillas 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
1 16 oz can black or plain refried beans
1/2 red onion diced
2 cups lettuce shredded
1 tomato diced

brown meat in skillet cook beans in microwave 4to 6 minutes put tortilla on flat surface cover with cheese put another tortilla on top place on grill cook for 2 minutes on each side remove from grill spread beans and add beef on top put onions on it also place back on grill for 2 more minutes remove from grill add more cheese tomatoes lettuce and some lime juice this is easy good try it you will like it

Aloha pup,

Wow that sure sounds good. Like a cheese quesadilla with a topping of beef, with tomato and lettuce... A topping of "pico de gallo" would be a nice touch. Mahalo for the info.
