Glad to help guys, I always tell my buddies that a backyard brisket tastes better than anything you find at any BBQ joint.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!

I do not know, he usually cooks KCBS events but he might be cooking for a sponsor or be a ringer. I am pretty sure he will be cooking in Huntsville next weekend.

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure if you win one of the 4 major cookoffs, you get an automatic invite to the others. I know in Houston they place them together and call it Chapions Corner. Or they used to anyway.
