A no pic thank you!
Well, I read CF's, dangers and James' recipes for carne guisada, and decided to do some this weekend. Kind of a mixture of all of them. Served over rice last night. Even my picky granddaughter had two helpings. Turned out really good. This morning, I thought about tacos, but lunch was so far away. An omelet came to mind, so my wife got busy, and I just finished my carne guisada omelet. Couldn't ask for anything better. So, thanks guys - again this forum has inspired me to prepare amother great meal or two!
