Pork Verde Sauce Delicious

Postby Hj » Tue Mar 02, 2010 3:18 pm

This is my own recipe n before u yell fo wasting the slab pork ribs!!
this is great n spicy when too darn cold too grill outside - I can grill out all year round..but this is delicious n different.

1 slab pork ribs cut in half length wise than smaller pieces
boiled in water to fill huge pot with salt till very tender- remove meat to refrigerate- de-skim all fat by refrigerating

Next day
Make paste to thicken with butter n Wonda flour -mesa or flour n enough pork broth for paste- for amount of broth left.

Place de-skimed pork water on medium high-
add as many roasted green chile's seeded-peeled to pot -cut into strips as u like (5 or 6
Add
1 container salsa verde (rancho mkt. 8 ozs. or more
3 to 4 T. green chile seasonings
Heat stir to thicken

add cut up rib slab
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Mexican cheese -as much as u want or to bowls when serving with either rice or noodles

salt ñ pepper to taste
Mexican Blend Cheese shredded on side in a dish for garnish

Notes~ Make ur own green salsa verde but I brought to save time.

Or just make lots of salsa verde ñ after meat is cooked just add some heavy cream to verde sauce. Yum

Enjoy n no camera at my age I got enough to do..sorry
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
