4 pigs feet split wash well
3 c. cider vinegar
1 onion sliced
12 pepper corns
6 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
1 T. salt
Scrub pigs feet thoroughly ñ rinse clean.
Place into large pot- cover with cold water.
Add vinegar ñ bring to boil.
Skim the top of the pot ñ discard - add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 2 hours or until tender.
Cool in liquid serve cold or make more - can in jars ñ seal
Note~ can add some whole garlic pieces to jars or when serving
