ok so i thought i would make some drunk pork chops. looked all over for bourbon marinade...... found a simple one and i expanded on it.
ok here is a close recall of what i put in it:
1/2 c bourbon
1/2 c mustard
1/2 c turbinado sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 c teriyaki sauce (i did not have any soy sauce and it sounded good)
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp chili powder
fresh ground black pepper
here is the starting pic.... more to follow.

They look real good. How long did you marinate them for and did you grill, bake or pan fry them?
