burnt ends from pork ribs
1st time doing ribs...... i'm trimming the spares down. and will be throwning the trimming on the smoker also. i was wondering how long trimming take? i want to use them in ABTs.

thanks new country......
i'm trying to time it to get everything mostly done. i'm doing the ribs 3-2-1. so i figured i would put them on when i foil the ribs.... and pull them off at the last hour. rest them and then do the ABTs.

I put them on at the same time as the ribs. Think about it, before they were removed they were Spare Ribs.
