I don't know how many people make their own Bacon. Once you try this recipe, you will never buy store bacon again!

Really Easy.

Start with a fresh Pork Belly, cure it for 7 days, rest 1 day, smoke 4-5 hours, cool, sliced, fry, and OMG!
