This is about as far as I have gone with the fatties. I like to use pork and beef in my fatties.

That looks really good! Anyone ever tried the Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage? I've seen but never really knew what it was used for. It might be good in this recipe.

Fin, I wouldn't feed JD to my cats but I have used Owens Italian Sausage in my Zuppa Tuscana Soup and it is Grrrrrreeeeaaaaaat
