Country Style Pork Ribs

Postby Finatic » Wed Jun 24, 2015 8:57 pm

Smoked some country style pork loin ribs on the UDS tonight. Pulled them off at 195. Juicy and tender! Love me some CS pork ribs!

I usually put them on when the cooker is at 250 and let them go unwrapped for about an hour then wrap them for about 45 minutes. They are fork tender and juicy!

How do you make the sauce it's covering the ribs. Look real yummy.

That's actually a glaze on those ribs. I'd recommend Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Glaze.
