American style Porc Rib......

In the Netherlands they can't bbq, i wan to change that, i want to bring the States to europe.

-'Pig Dust' my own dry mix/vision of spices.
-110 celcius dome temperature.
- snake method, with chunks oak.
- 3 hours of smoke
- 2 hours cooking in wrapped foil, with some sugar, butter and bit of rub.
- after the wrapping, paint it with yourefav. Bbq sc.
