Impreesive piece of bacon.

Ok, that sounds really good. I’ve still got a few packs of my last batch in the freezer to eat up before doing another round.

I also told myself I was going to buy a meat slicer before I do anymore bacon. I tried to eyeball the last batch and my slices are all over the place.

Sooner,
Remember to have the slab at near freezing temp prior to slicing. It will come out better.
