Hot wing Fatty

3 chicken breasts pounded ¼” thick
¼ cup Hot Sauce
4 oz blue cheese
4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 lb bacon
1 baking pan
Saran rap

Thoughts on the cook were that the cheese was really explosive on the smoker. I will have to find something to tighten it up so that the cheese dose not spill out. I will have to try this again. I hope you like it.

That looks good.
What you made was a chicken roulade. I make them all the time. They are very good eating. You just need to learn to roll the chicken different and that will keep the cheese and filling from oozing out.
If it were a fatty ( needs to be rolled in sausage to be a fatty ) , the sausage would help hold the filling in too.

I did a video a while back that shows how to make them and it shows how to roll the chicken breast to hold the filling in.
