Ordered some copycat Q Chicken Soak on Friday, delivered Today

also picked up 2 containers to soak the birds in

I always brine chickens. Can't say as I've ever bought any, though.

Well ,this will be my first attempt at brine and I have read good things about copycat so I figured I would give it a shot.

I was quite surprised though when I opened the package, it smells amazingly like my rub only with cumin in it,
so it's got me thinking now
