Having lots of Quail n Dove on my 5 acres

Stuffed Grilled Quail Hj’s
Slice an opening a little into the flesh (enough to stuff
Season all quail with salt-pepper-garlic granular ñ Monterey seasoning -Drizzle little oil over
add into slit- add roasted green chiles or slices of jalapeño or serrano into with seasoned
asparagus with little Asiago cheese or favorite cheese-tie or wrap bacon around to hold it all-grill after letting sit in refrigerator for 4 hours

Note~ season bacon both sides with little salt –pepper ñ garlic granular before wrapping.
