Season Chicken with your favorite chicken spices while the sauce is cooking.
2-Cups Apple cider vinegar
1/2-cup BBQ sauce
1/4-cup vegatble oil
2-Teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1/2-Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2-Teaspoon salt
5 to 6 lbs chicken.
Preperation
In a medium saucepan, combine Vinegar,BBQ sauce, oil, crushed red pepper,
Cayenne pepper, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, and set aside.
Place chicken, skin side up over medium coals on grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove chicken, and dip in BBQ sauce.
Return to grill and baste with sauce every 10 minutes.
Cook covered for 45 minutes, or untill tender.
I have done well with this version of grilled chicken at comps.
