I like my chicken Smoke in grilled!

Half chickens
Salt water brine for 12 hours
I do a moyo coat and then half and half special creation (Sory, about to try and sell)
Then I smoke at 225 until 160

Once Im at 160 on the smoker, I lather up the bar b q sauce and throw her on the grill to get that good carmalized sauce.
Once at 165 I pull them off and let cook for about 10 minutes.
