Postby Gator » Tue Aug 19, 2014 10:12 pm

(This recipe courtesy of Big John in Florida - who took 1st place out of 68 entries)

Wings:
Spay wing with Pam.
Coat with Hoochie Mama BBQ Rub
Smoke on grill, wood fire.
Pull when done.

Sauce:
1 Bottle SB Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1/2 Jar SB Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
1 stick butter.
Heat/Melt in pan.

Toss cooked wings in sauce and serve. Enjoy!

Did a mess of these for my stepson's BD last month and they were a hit. Whooped up another batch today and I'm thinking this will be my go-to Hot Wing recipe from now on.

Awesome, thanks & glad you like them - you can thank Big John Swager (a Texan living in Florida) for this recipe. Great guy, owns Big Johns Texas BBQ. :salut:
