so I plan to fire up the big pit and take orders from friends and family for smoked thanksgiving turkeys. I wanted to try something different than what I've done with my turkey in the past and thought a honey smoked (not baked) turkey might be good. anyone out there have a good honey smoked turkey recipe they'd be willing to share? or maybe have a better recipe suggestion for smoked thanksgiving turkey?
