Turkey rub WITHOUT any heat/peppers?

I need a turkey rub that has (next to) no heat.
Talked the family into letting me smoke the bird this year (offset stickburner) but there is a catch.
While I inhale peppers and hot sauces of all kinds, the wife will not tolerate heat on the T-day bird.
So as much as I would like to use a SuckleBusters rub like Clucker dust, I don't want to sleep in the back yard on Thanksgiving night..
So, help?

I go with straight salt & pepper. Sucklebusters SPG would also be good.

Salt and Pepper works great. Just smoked a bird 2 weeks ago and turned out great. Make sure to brine that bad boy.

SPG works great (FYI it has black pepper), if you want to layer on "BBQ" flavors, I'd go with a base of SPG + Competition BBQ Rub OR Texas Brisket Rub (new) <- both of these are very mild, no heat at all.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Mix garlic granular with salt - pepper and touch of dried sweet basil with lots of melted butter. sprinkle inside and out all over. can add little lemon zest if U like.

Have also added Romano or Parm grated cheese. Have a great holiday to all and remember those in need.

Forgot can add wine white if U want to be creative.

This is what I use on all my birds. You can leave out the cayenne, if you are worried about the spice/heat.
