Sheekin kebabs Indian style

These are called reshmi kebabs, marinated breast meat in cream yoghurt ground cashews almonds lemon juice pepper bit of cilantro. I've had this entree out many times but I made it last night. It's in the fridge until dinner, I'm having mine with a salad . Salad contains radishes and spring onions out of my wife's garden. Pics later.

Just going for a drink with my good mate, grill them later. I just know they will melt.

They were a 9 out of 10, I think I over cooked them a bit. I just had a new oven fitted and I think it heats up quicker and is hotter? I'll try it again.

Sounded pretty good. Was waiting for some finished pics but I think the "drink" with the buddy turned in to "several drinks" and the chicken was then lost!!

Lol, wife loved it and its on the list again, I just served with a salad and some fries. There's always a drink nearby, you know me too much.
