Perfect chicken breasts or so they say

Postby castironchris » Wed Nov 09, 2016 1:13 pm

Don't know if this belongs here or not since it ain't bbq but it is a mighty fine way to make boneless skinless tasteless chicken breasts. I personally don't care for this type of chicken because I like the skin therefore these ain't perfect. They truly ain't tasteless but I like to say that to get the war dept. all fired up!! I season mine with Montreal Chicken rub cook them exactly like the video says, ice cubes and all and they do and always have came out perfect. Juicier and more tender then I have ever been able to make on the grill or in the oven just baking. So if you have a grill pan give it a try.

I'd jump on those "Quicker than a Minnow swims a dipper" :salut:  I almost bought a cast iron grill pan today but opted out for some reason :dont: I used to do these types of breasts in the skillet with butter, olive oil and finely copped green own-yawns. :chef:
