All good comments from the family, how did you do that? No one here last night had buttermilk fried chicken before. They all loved it. Not much left over. I'm definitely doing this again. Loved the Kentucky song too. Buttermilk is now my friend.

I cook chicken a lot of different ways, but not to overstate the obvious, Fried Chicken gets the skin staying on.
