be sure and plug the neck hole with a tater or large pepper and ENJOY - - - my favorite way hands down :tup: :salut:

I’m thinking of using a jerk spice for the rub. As for the liquid. Has anyone by chance tried coconut water?

I rubbed mine in Williams clicker dust then during the cook I basted with suckle buster sauce.
