I’m thinking of using a jerk spice for the rub. As for the liquid. Has anyone by chance tried coconut water?

I rubbed mine in Williams clicker dust then during the cook I basted with suckle buster sauce.

I never stray too far from the :texas: :chef: influence so it's always Beer in the Can and Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama or ETC for the dusting :tup:
