Roast chicken with.....

Postby Russ » Sat Jan 13, 2018 10:22 pm

Thai salad and Thai dressing. My kids love this, I roasted a chicken then cut into bite size pieces. I then made a salad of baby lettuce leaves, baby tomatoes, grated cheese and carrot, basil leaves, coriander leaves, baby shoots, cucumber sticks and noodles on top. And my Thai dressing. 29deg c here today, kids just starting to arrive. Pics to follow.

Thanks guys, the noodles are hard so they add a bit of crunch to the dish, the dressing I make just gives it a great taste. My wife and kids and partners won't order Thai salad when they are out because they all say it's nowhere as good as mine.

That looks great!
Looking forward to more camping trip with my family. I need a new tonneau cover to secure my equipment and pit.
