Okra fried in a cornmeal batter is as Suthern as it gets, Pard - - L8tr :salut:

the thing about Okra is that no matter how you fix it, it will be different tasting - - - - there's nothing even similar between fried, stewed or pickled - - they all stand on the own :tup:

my ?thoughts? are this, Pard, the way we use okra isn't even close to Indian Cuisine -- - altho I've never been exposed to it very often, I am not a fan of curry or the such so I'm even worse than a novice, eh? :dont: :laughing7: :D
