Postby Hj » Sun Dec 06, 2009 11:43 am

1/2 c. dry vermouth
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c. honey
2 T. lime juice or to taste
1 garlic clove crushed or use sprinkle of garlic granular
salt to ur taste

2 lbs. cut up

Mix 1st group together making a marinade. Pour over cut up washed n dried chicken- turning pieces to coat well (can use zip lock bags-chill 30 minutes or 6 hours in marinade- turn bag occassionaly. Remove chicken when ready to grill at room temperature.
Grill chicken over mesquite soaked wood basting with marinade. Grill about 40 minutes- not too close to the coals. Add little more vermouth to marinade if it becomes too thick while cooking.

Notes~ use any parts of chicken U like.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
