1 lb. chicken
2 tsps. jerk seasoning
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Fry in Crisco oil -Grill or bake
Coat chicken with butter or margarine. Rub jerk seasoning over poultry. Allow meat to stand 1 hour. Grill or barbeque slowly at a medium temperature. Pork or fish may be substituted for chicken.
