Skinless Explosion Chicken

1 c. romano cheese
1/4 c. old bay
2 or 3 tsp. black pepper
1 small packet ranch dry salad dressing mix
1/8 to 1/2 tsp cayenne powder ur taste
put all in a large zip lock bag

Shake chicken in it –place in glass baking dish-
cook covered 375° F appx. 45minutes
uncover 10 minutes. Or GRILL
Serve with mixed veggies n baked potato.
