BBQ Shrimp Using Italian Dressing n Dip Bread with Juices

BBQ Shrimp Using Italian Dressing n Dip Bread with Juices

5 lbs. shrimp
1 onion sliced
1 ½ c. (3 sticks butter
1 large bottle Italian Dressing or Zesty style
Juice of 2 lemons
6 T. black pepper

Clean ñ devein shrimp -do not peel. Place shrimp in large- shallow pan- top with onion slices. Melt butter ñ mix with dressing ñ lemon juice- sprinkle with pepper.

Bake in 400 F. oven 40 minutes- turning gently every 10 minutes OR
Grill like always till just cooked through – throw on platter with Romano grated cheese.
Serve with hot French bread grilled or broiled or plain for dunking sauce. 6 servings.
Make extra sauce…

Note~ add little red crushed pepper to mix or add some chopped fine jalapeño’s seeded.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
