Postby Hj » Sun Jan 30, 2011 1:45 pm

½ lbs. smoked salmon chopped use more if U like **
2 tsp horseradish creamed
1/3 c. sour cream
4 T. cream cheese
1 T. capers rinsed roughly chopped
1 T. dill finely chopped
corn chips or crackers

Using a food processor or blender add smoked salmon with horseradish cream - process 1 minute or so. Add sour cream - cream cheese process until well mixed. Pour into a serving bowl -stir in capers n fresh dill-cover with cling wrap - allow to set 30 minutes or longer.
When ready- serve with corn chips or crackers on the side.

Notes~ Add chopped nuts on top when serving with sprig of cilantro or parsley.

Note~*Add more salmon or less sour cream depending on consistency U like. Costco has a Honey Smoked Salmon that is awesome to make this with or just eat plain. Outstanding.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
