Hj's own Shrimp Verison of Delight

You all might like this. Great for diets; Lent - Main meal ñ Appetizers - if using the cold dressing verison.
My own verison. I got this idea from having a Lobster Roll. Lobster is so expensive but delicious.. Use lots of x -large shrimp for either making this cold or hot.
1½ to 2 lbs. shrimp fresh cooked - shells ñ tails removed washed rinse well - place in ice cold water with a squirt or two of lemon juice in the water- takes the fishy taste away - drain well ñ pat all shrimp dry - chop shrimp to size U like when ready to use. I USED TINY FINGER SIZE BITES.
In a large bowl cut small ñ tiny
4 celery ribs large or more dice small.
A bunch gr. onion ñ stems dice small or use red onion ñ gr. onions ñ stems with 1 medium yellow or white onion chopped or all three.
½ can large black olives dice. DON'T use the already diced in a can of olives- pat dry before cutting.
Dice a large red bell pepper de-seeded -no veins - gives this a sweet nice taste
Some tomato dice fin - NO soft juice type * ~~ADD tomatoes chopped SMALL JUST BEFORE SERVING is optional or the dressing it gets too soupy~ use roma or plum tomatoes.
fresh cilantro ñ stems handful chop fine or parsley. I used fresh cilantro.
Add patted dry shrimp ñ/or lobster or crab or all three - chopped tiny finger size bites. I USED 2 Lbs. ALL X - Large cooked shrimp thawed from delicious case. Want that shrimp taste in this recipe!
Hj's Cold Dressing~
¾ parts sour cream ñ ¼ parts mayo
2 capfuls Annie's Worcestershire sauce or to UR taste
garlic granular quite a bit - go slow
black pepper ñ salt to taste
Jalapeño pepper to taste or red crushed pepper optional but gives that great taste with Mango/Habañero seasoning little to taste (nthis gets hot~ used both jalapeño ñ Mango/Habañero.
fresh lemon juice - a little or to taste
~Cold Dressing mix in a bowl add dressing ingredients ñ mix well.
Pour over veggies ñ seafood ñ chill or use a little dressing on a hot buttered warm bun of choice OR DONT USE THE Cold DRESSING - USE WITH ARM MELTED BUTTER ñ sauté all veggies just a little butter till still having the crunch in the veggies on or in hot melted butter toasted with suggested breads.
Cold Verison~
COVER ñ CHILL TIL VERY COLD .
EAT on toast or warm buttered toast or hot dog - any U choose - hogie bun - on crackers -in lettuce ñ more OR just in a cup with nothing else only with the cold verison. Can crumble panko crumbs or Ritz crackers on top.
OR
Add cooked angel hair to this... yummy or toss over any pasta. THIS is great at Lent or as an appetizer also with an ice cold beer!
Make extra sauce for those who want it
Yummy ñ top with more green onion stems diced very small. Can eat on top of salad or in tortillas or in wonton roll wraps
Note~ Can make shrimp hot ñ place on a hot buttered toasted roll or hot dog bun. using veggies either crunchy cold or sauté them till semi crunchy in little butter over the shrimp ..like a lobster roll. IF U can afford or have access of fresh - use lobster ñ shrimp.
