Nacho Supreme Chicken Pork Beef or Shrimp

1/4 c. jalapeño’s sliced thin no seeds or use fresh roasted gr. chiles chopped
3 tomatoes roma or plum chopped
1/2 c. green onions with some stems chopped
1 ½ c. Salsa or pico de gallo
1 can or tub Cheddar Cheese Sauce or make ur own*
2 c. cooked meats by single or mix n match or use shrimp shredded
1 bag Tostitos Rounds Chips

Spread a layer of Tostito Rounds on ovenproof platter. Mix cheese sauce jalapeño’s -any meat or shrimp together spoon evenly onto chips. Bake in 450 ° F. oven - 3 to 5 minutes- or until hot. Mix tomatoes -salsa together. Spoon mixture onto rounds - sprinkle with onions. Serve immediately.

Notes ~ or use Velveeta cheese melted adding some refried beans with salsa mixed into this or add little chipotle powder in there.
