Creamy Baked Jalapeño Crab Dip
8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
6 ozs. can crabmeat drain well
3 T. minced green onions
1 jalapeño seeded diced fine
1 T. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
salt and pepper to taste
little lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pinch of paprika
Preheat oven 375° F.
Combine all in medium baking dish. Stir well.
Bake about 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with baguette slices, crackers, corm chips or raw veggies.
Makes About 2 Cups Can use shrimp chopped up also or both or immatation crab.
