Don't laugh.

1 large can Chile no beans
1/2 to 1 shot Tabasco Chipotle hot sauce
Heat through.

Freedom fries (frog fries will work)

Put fries on plate, smother with chile, the cover with shredded yeller cheese.

Hey Friend...just get yourself over to http://www.casi.com and click on recipes. That supposedly give you the Terlingua winners recipe till back when Old Shep was still just a pup. Now if you want some lighter type recipes from Sunny CA..go to the ICS website. Just plug that into goggle...bunch of recipes over there. Just find one which looks plausible and buy the stuff it take to make it. If it aint your cup o tea keep moving. Find one you like and if it hits high a few times...start tweaking it. If it starts hitting lower untweak it. Simple huh? If they dont work move on to mo productive pastures and snag a new recipe. Will undoubtably proclaim..your first batch will make a person chunk rocks at Wolf Brand from the can. Very similar to bbq in this regard. Just dont heat it up too much...I mean the wimmen chillins and yankees might want to have a sample. I dont like to see anybody crying cuz they mouf is on fire. If you get my drift..wink wink.
