Moms cukes salad

Ok, so mom has been trying to get me to eat my veggies for the past 46 years !
I love broccoli,corn,taters,string beans,carrots,asparagus,onions,peppers etc...etc..
I have never been a fan of cucumbers till now.
She was up last weekend and made these !!
I could eat the entire jar ! So simple and cheap to make but taste incredible.
Feel free to use this recipe all, it's Mom approved :) :) :)
